HUBZone set-asides reserve contracts for small businesses with their principal office in a HUBZone and with at least 35% of their employees residing in a HUBZone, certified by SBA.

Certification & eligibility

HUBZone certification is granted by the SBA and re-certified annually. The HUBZone map is updated periodically; firms should monitor whether their principal office and employee residences remain in qualifying zones.
